InfluxApp comes with its own workout tracking feature for CrossFit or HIIT style workouts as well as for weight based lift trackings.

If your gym is using Influx’s whiteboard feature, your training section will automatically be turned on when you record your first workout result from a booked class.

If your gym isn’t using Influx’s whiteboard feature you can still use Influx’s training section be enabling it in your profile.

Enable training in InfluxApp

Once enabled, you will have a new menu section available where you can access your workout log and lift summary section.

You can access all of your workouts and search for them in log section.

Within the lift sections, you can track all of your lifts by type and quickly find your maximums for each major rep scheme. Example of lift maxes shown for deadlifts
