If you are having trouble with InfluxApp, we recommend you go through the following steps:

1. Have you been invited to use InfluxApp?

Before you can log in you need to be invited by your club. Once you’ve been invited you will be sent an e-mail that allows to you choose a password (‘authenticate’ your account). If you have not received the invite, check your spam folders, as occasionally the invite may end up here.

2. Are you using the correct log-in URL?

3. Are you using the correct e-mail address to log in?

If you wish to change your e-mail address, first login to InfluxApp using your old e-mail address, and then go to ‘profile’.

4. Can’t remember your password?

Simple, you just need to reset your InfluxApp password
